The fourth phase of the Manacor and San Lorenzo vineyards covers 9 hectares. The site photos show the ground being prepared.
It is the method used across the vineyard: the limestone rock is broken up to a depth of one metre, then crushed and mixed with good topsoil, an excellent base for the healthy growth of new vines.
